Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning plans. Recurring clients receive consistent service from the same trusted team whenever possible.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning includes kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms — covering surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, garbage removal, and high-touch areas. Add-ons are available if you need extra detail.
What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, trim, detailed dusting, inside the microwave, and extra attention to buildup. It’s ideal for first-time clients or homes needing a reset.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We provide all supplies and equipment. We prioritize low-scent, eco-forward products that are safe for families and pets. Client-supplied products can be used upon request.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets?
Absolutely. Our products are selected with pets in mind. Please let us know what pets you have so we can tailor the service appropriately.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients are not home during service. We coordinate secure access and treat every home with discretion and respect.
Are you insured?
Yes. VanDutchTouch is fully insured and WSIB-compliant in Ontario, giving our clients peace of mind.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 48–72 hours’ notice whenever possible. Availability may be limited as we intentionally take on fewer clients to maintain quality.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits may be required for first-time clients, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services. Details are provided at booking.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes — pets are welcome. Just let us know what pets you have so we can plan accordingly.
What services do you not offer?
We do not provide biohazard cleanup, heavy junk removal, exterior window washing at heights, or carpet shampooing.
