1. Inquiry – Client fills out the quote form or calls.
2. Discovery – We gather details (home size, priorities, pets, layout).
3. Quote – We send a flat-rate quote via Jobber; complex jobs may require photos or a walkthrough.
4. Approval & Booking – Quote approved; deposit collected if needed.
5. Cleaning Day – Team arrives with all supplies and follows the VanDutchTouch checklist.
6. Before/After Photos (optional for rentals or absentee owners).
7. Follow-Up – After the first clean, we check in and tailor the service for future visits.
